E. coli spreads out

E. coli break out
E. coli, is an emerging cause of food-borne illness. it was first discovered as a cause of enteric disease in 1982, following an outbreak of severe bloody diarrhea (Food poisoning.com). It was later traced to contaminated hamburgers. The disease is typically characterized by severe diarrhea (often bloody) and abdominal cramps.Escherichia coli infection is mostly caused due to undercooked beef because most dairy cattle carry the bacteria in their intestine. If the beef isn’t cooked at the high temperature, or if it is consumed in a contaminated state then the person has a high probability of getting infected. Even though Escherichia coli are present in the intestine, E. coli infection outbreaks when unhealthy eating habit is practiced or when food or water contaminated with that bacteria is consumed. About almost 10% of people suffering from Escherichia coli infection suffer from kidney failure that may even lead to death.
