Teeth care

How to take care of your teeth and gums
Our teeth plays a big role in our every second life, why not looking for the best way to take care of them in the right way. With proper care, our teeth and gums can stay healthy throughout our life. The healthier your teeth and gums are, the less risk you have for tooth decay and gum disease.
Here are five basic steps to caring for teeth and gums:
  1. Eating right
  2. Flossing
  3. Brushing
  4. Rinsing
  5. Visiting the dentist regularly
When it comes to brushing, everyone should brush their teeth after every meal or at least twice a day according to U.S. School of dental medicine. Brushing removes the plaque, a film of bacteria that clings to your teeth. When bacteria in plaque come into contact with food, they produce acids and these acids lead to cavities. And every time you brush your teeth, don't forget to brush your tongue; 90% of bad breath comes from bacteria on your tongue (School of dental Medicine). For your tongue the best product i would recommend you to go get would be not a tooth brush but an Orabrush_cleans all the bacterias off.

Note: someone that is afraid of another's bad breath is having an Halitophobia.
